Never had any problems with Allstate. Easy to use web site for payment. Would be nice to make payments on homeowners insurance. I pay car insurance in installments.
Larry at this office has been the most incompetent agent I have ever dealt with. He does NOT know the policy he sold my husband and I and after trusting him and going with it he continued to be unable to answer any question correctly about it. Switched over to the Surfside Beach office and cannot believe all the inaccurate information Larry had told us. Rob in Surside was able to lower our premium considerably while Larry never even attempted to. He needs to be in another line of business.
Garbage insurance company spend your money elsewhere.
I am new to the Georgetown area. My experience with Patrick Causey of Allstate Insurance has been above and beyond my expectations. They are professional and also made sure I understood everything so that I could make an informed decision.
