Farm Bureau Insurance

Horrible. After almost twenty years of coverage, I was told that my auto-drafted vehicle insurance policy was cancelled. No phone call, just cancelled. They now have to write a new policy for almost $100 a month more than the previous policy that was cancelled after all these years. SHAME ON YOU FARM BUREAU

I highly recommend this insurance company. Wade Tompkins was wonderful, I really appreciate everything he did to quickly process my claim during a difficult time. He went above and beyond to not only expedite what needed to be done but also making each step as easy as possible for me. He was awesome, very respectful and gracious.

They offered me a policy, I signed it and sent it back, and then they ignored me.... for months. No return call, no return email, nothing. Insurance is a commodity and there are better options in Georgetown that will treat you with respect and punctuality.

Farm Bureau/Progressive in Georgetown is a total joke!! And Matt Mims is the sorriest excuse for an agent. The days of having insurance agents that you trust are over at Georgetown Farm Bureau. Making mistakes is part of life, how you handle them is what separates the decent from the rest.

Like any other Ins Co really. None of us want it but have to have it and it is overly priced to boot. They do have issues returning calls though..
