HORRIBLE SERVICE! Called to cancel our policy due to their high agent costs going up again, and was told we had to come in to cancel. When we arrived the next morning they had a fake sign on door so they could avoid helping us. It wasn't until they learned I called the main corporate office in Northbrook, Illinois to cancel my policy that they called us back, and all they said was "If you have any questions please give me a call back" What a joke, they knew what we wanted. What should have only took a few minutes, ended up taking us three days. Just remember you DO NOT need an agent that charges you extra monthly fees, you can call the insurance company directly to sign up for insurance and save yourself a lot of money.

Jacqueline is a very nice lady. She had all the answers to the questions I had. She made it very easy for me to get the insurance I needed to get. She responds well when I've called/Emailed. Very polite and nice made me feel welcomed. I'll be recommending this office to all my friends!

I am very disappointed with Allstate’s service. They made a change to my policy without our consent. Raised our policy bill and when we tried to change it, they wanted to charge more money. Poor customer service. I do not know what happened to them, we’ve been customers for a very long time. What they are doing right now is unfair, injustice, and wrong. I’ve been talking with my friends and family and they are also have similar problems with Allstate. This is very upsetting. 😡😡😡

The customer service here is really amazing! They will always try to help the best way they can and will explain their policies fully to you. There is no hidden fees or making you pay more for something you don't need. They will be upfront and honest which is exactly what you want with your insurance! Definitely recommend coming here. They also speak Spanish if needed.
