Patel Insurance: Allstate Insurance

I went this agency to get a quote for my new car. Mr. Babu was very courteous and knowledgeable. He understands what a customer needs. So I started an auto policy for my 2 cars with Allstate and got at least $600 !!! I am thinking to change my Home policy and other cars to Allstate through this agency. (James Mathews)

I would not recommend this allstate office for insurance. The service level this office has is worst than life on planet Mars! Never respond to an inquiry on time and never answer calls. Close the office if you cannot take care of your clients!

The staff here is very professional and responsive . I definitely recommend them for your future insurance needs . It was time for me to start shop around and find the best policies to fit my needs and of course with affordable premiums , so as part of this process I have inquired with patel insurance, at first I was really impressed by the knowledge and professionalism that was demonstrated so I decided to request some quotes , was gonna buy policies even the rates would have matched to what I was paying with my current provider BUT when I saw the quotes I was very surprised to see that the quotes were significantly lower than what I was paying for my current policies. I do not recommend this agent at all for multiple reasons. They didn't advise me about collision insurance during renewal. They only care about their premium which was increased by more that 50% due to an accident. On top of that, I didn't get anything due to not having collision insurance. I could have bought that if they had advised me correctly.
