Danielle, Pat’s employee and Pat himself treat me very nice and professionally and do whatever it takes to retain me not simply as a customer or part of stats, but as satisfied customer which means a lot to me. Pat and his team are topnotch insurance pros. From setting up your policies to making claims, they make the process as easy as possible. They go out of their way to help with any needs of their clients, such as updating policy information and getting that documentation to the proper people. Very friendly and competent.
