Pat Kline - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been trying for 2 weeks and made three phone calls to get progress, any progress on a homeowner's policy and it's gone nowhere. I call in on promise someone will return a call no one ever does. And I explained the house is currently not insured therefore it's essential to move quickly to get the house protected. Yet I have not had anyone seem to care at all. As I said I have had zero inbound calls and zero inbound interest in helping me. If they don't want to offer a policy just say so. But when it's obvious they don't respect my time or value my time in that I'm attempting to give them business is unacceptable.

State farm has been my car insurance provider for years now. They helped me out when I first got started and they are always kind and helpful anytime I have a question or an issue. I've had many car insurance providers over the years and state farm is by far the best. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Always helpful and polite. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re getting all the savings you qualify for . Fast response times . Was involved In an accident which resulted in a total loss. They made sure it was a painless as it could be . Would highly recommend.
