I have been a client of what is now McGowan Insurance group for almost 35 yrs. I have always gone to them for all insurance needs. Still, to be a good steward, I get quotes from other agencies every 6-7 yrs. I did so again yesterday and found the usual: their rates ALWAYS beat any of the competition. I even compared them to Progressive which seems to be the online go-to nowadays. We have both homeowners and auto with them and they beat the competition by many, many hundreds of dollars. One of the blessings of McGowan is that if there is any question or need, we can call and talk to a person - a real person. Diana in New Castle has been our go-to for so many years and always is helpful, prompt and caring. They also can help make Marketplace insurance choices and Medicare supplement choices.
