Parvez Mahmood: Allstate Insurance

I had three vehicles insured with them. I added a driver to my policy whom they didn't want and my premiums gradually increased. I took my truck and my wife's car off the policy; they cancelled my policy without notifying me. My notice came from DMV asking for proof of insurance for the car that was supposed to be insured. Can't say enough negative about them.

Every time I call the office they answer swiftly and are always very genuine and helpful. I have never had a problem with Allstate or the Parvez Mahmood office! No other insurance company has been able to beat the price I pay at Allstate!

The crew in that office are so professional, willing to help always. Very pleased with their services.

Worst Insurance company to deal with. Worst customer service, no one take care of the issue, no one get back to you. i suggest save your money and time dont do business with these people especially with the owner. They are so proud to serve the community for what? I think these people just need free donations thats all.

Makes repeated unwanted cold calls to my home even though I live about half a day's drive away from there. What makes him think I'd travel that far, when I already have an Allstate insurance agent that I use only 5 minutes away from my home?
