WOW, I cannot believe all of the fake reviews for this joke of an insurance agency. When my policy renews every year, I call and ask to see if I can get a better rate than what I have THROUGH THEM with Progressive. In other words, do your job, and look for a better rate with anyone! And every year I leave several messages, and I don't get a return call. Then when I ask Progressive to remove them as my agent, I am told that I need a "NEW" policy written up, which of course means MORE MONEY! You can't win. My rates have doubled, no joke within the last 4 years. I have no violations and no accidents. I also take the 6 Hour Class. How does this rip off agency find so many people to lie and give good reviews? I wish there was a clear way to find affordable insurance, Pinkham is NOT THE WAY TO G
