I have been working with Partners Risk Services (Cynthia in particular) for the last 3 years and I could not go anywhere else and receive the quality and attention she provides. She has helped with everything from personal property, home and auto coverage and she has gone above and beyond in educating my family and I on getting the RIGHT coverage for all of my families needs. She is very focused on protecting us which is more than I can say about any insurance companies I've had to deal with in the past. She has also helped with policy changes that we needed and made the transitions almost effortless. Cynthia is always very pleasant to talk with and fast to respond to questions or issues. Partners certainly did well by bringing her on their team of specialists.

This is the worst agency I've ever deal with. Cintya doesn't follow paperwork and or request in a timely manner. Our car insurance ended in June 18, it was to high to renew it, so we decided to moved to a different company effective the date before, that way we won't be uncover. Everything was communicated to her in advance even proof were emailed to her. But she sent us a bill of $107. My wife called and questioned her about it, she then asked for proof again, and told us that as soon as she received it she will clear us and we won't have to pay that extra money. We did everything and sent everything that she asked for but surprised she sent us to a collection agency. That it's by far the worst agency and the worst representative we have ever deal with.
