Very bad experience. Horrible costumer service from EVERY single staff (Valentina, Hugo and Monica) I’m okay with this company just not these representatives!!!
Horrible costumer service. I have been trying to find out inquiries about my insurance but one of the guys answered with such a rude attitude making me sound stupid about my question instead of ANSWERING. Worst costumer service, and never received my follow up called as promised.
