Sheila lied to me! I asked about renewing my policy in December and she wrote in an email "I'll look into your renewal." Then just didn't do that, and the agency got bought and closed up shop without notifying me. They left me hanging without a policy and no contact. The email goes nowhere, the phone just rings and the office door is locked up.

Ashley Jackson was not helpful and will hang up on you if she doesn't like what you say. Even when you are polite but persistent due to being ignored for two weeks. I had to call from another phone # in order to get someone to answer, since they can Id your call. My emails have gone responded to. Not very professional for an Insurance agency.

Sheila has been our go-to insurance agent for decades. This agency is so good at what they do I have never had to worry about our coverage ever. I am always impressed by how personable they are and how responsive they are. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! I started a communications company in 2011 and Sheila was the only one in the state of Florida that took the time to write me a Workers Compensation policy. I had tried 15 other insurance companies in Florida and several in Georgia and Texas, none of them would write me a policy.
