Karen is the insurance broker. She’s very nice she first! After you get in an accident or need real help she’s a completely different person. Try insurances that have an entity because this one is low cost but you get exactly what you pay for.

Karen. Is VERY rude. I highly recommend not wasting your money at this sketchy unprofessional establishment for car insurance. They are selling fake car insurance. Once you get into an accident, the insurance company Karen is a broker says you are not registered with their company. When I contacted her for clarity she gives you the run around. She became very rude when I asked questions because she had no clear information on the procedure and steps, after she told me should would guide me thru the claim process since this is my first accident. She yelled “don’t call me anymore, I don’t work for you” and hung up. Karen, you should not sell insurance to people if you can’t help them in the end. The whole company seems like a fraud. There’s no one you can speak to. It’s a never ending cycle
