Brittany Sanchez at Farmers Insurance is absolutely phenomenal! From the first day of inquiring for a quote she was so helpful and took the time and patience to answer all of my questions. If I could do no stars I would. I used to very much like Richard and his office until Melissa left. Brittany started dealing with my account and I all of a sudden could never get a hold of Richard. When you built a certain rapport with your clients you can’t just hand them off to someone who doesn’t take care of them the same way the original person took care of them. I canceled my insurance policy with them and they constantly harassed me to send in a written notice that I am canceling the policy. I don’t know what’s more evidence of a policy cancellation than a return plates receipt from the DMV and a direct written message to the office that I am canceling. I even gave them a declaration page from my new insurance and it still wasn’t enough. So now I’m in COLLECTIONS for almost $1k for
