Customer service is the BEST! I was at a red light when a drunk rear-ended me totaling HIS car--it only scratched my license plate holder. My insurance card was not in my vehicle. I called my agent and he comes to the "scene" telling the Police Officers he has my insurance information. How is THAT for customer support?
