I went to Farm Bureau today to check why my homeowners and cars insurance went up so much this year and was planning on getting quotes from other insurance companies but the girls in office were so nice and explained it to me and helped me out to know how to lower it they took time for me so I'm staying with farm bureau in Sweetwater Tn because of Randi and Jessica they made my day they are the best. Five Stars to them.

I went into farm Bureau in Sweetwater to talk about my insurance and the girls up front Jessica and Randi were super helpful and very nice and got me back to see Tim Porter the manager who is also very helpful and a super nice agent. They know their stuff. I will continue using them that’s for sure!!! Best insurance office I’ve been to.

My wife Kim and I stopped in the Sweetwater Farm Bureau to combine our policies. The ladies there were so polite, very helpful and very professional! We had actually been putting it off dreading doing it. But these ladies made our visit very easy and fun! They combined our policies, saved us money and actually have better policies than we had before. Wish I remembered their names, but stop in their there. You'll be glad you did. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Seriously.

Anytime I have to make a claim or an adjustment with any of my insurance policies, Jessica Houser goes out of her way to take care of any issues and answers all my questions! When we are finished with any transaction, she will immediately send my updated information through an email. Customer service at its best... professional, friendly, courteous and you can feel her smile through the phone!
