I filed a surety claim in June 2023 and the agent asigned was Stacey. The broker was a fake freight broker and Mrs. Stacey finally cancelled their bond in August 2023, giving them enough time to scam others. It took me over twenty emails and multiple phone calls to finally get a check. We received multiple excuses from her part. She was never in the office, she would follow up on the 5th, she forgot, she was on leave. Etc. Terrible service. A process that usually takes 30-60 days took us 5 months.
Signed our refinance papers here. It was clean & comfortable. Sanitizer available when you get there & in conference room. Refinance person was knowledgeable & quick. She had the papers we had to sign ready & organized. 👍
FAKE BROKER BOND MADE TO COVER UP BAD BROKERS NOT PAYING CARRIERS, NO HELP AT ALL WITH A CLAIM.
Terrible attitude! I will never be back!
