She also helped us save $$$!!! Additionally, it is wonderful to speak to someone that is local, friendly, and skilled in her profession. Charged twice as much for insurance as other carriers. When I called to cancel the policy, I was told there was a “new rule” that I had to email and request cancellation and show proof of new insurance. They wouldn’t even cancel the auto pay until I threatened to put a stop payment and then the agent suddenly couldn’t hear me on the phone and disconnected. I called back and got a different person, he helped me in 3 mins. Cancelled the policy, told me how much refund I would get back, suspended the auto pay and sent me confirmations. Turns out there was no rule and the first agent was just trying to make it harder for me to cancel. The whole process really makes me look at this company differently that they had someone try so hard to stop my cancellation when they offered no alternatives wi
