Mr. Spencer is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I accidentally called him, hoping to speak with Medicare Member Services on behalf of my Father. Mr. Spencer understood my call to him was a mistake, but still went above and beyond to provide me with assistance! I was shocked and am so grateful there is someone like him working in the field of Healthcare. He was extremely kind and was able to provide me with a plethora of crucially important information so that I can help my terminally ill Father. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Mr. Spencer! He was incredibly helpful to a person who called him on accident, so I'm 100% confident he will greatly assist those seeking his expertise.

Mr. Spencer is awesome!! He has helped my parents every year with all their Medicare needs. He listens and is very patient. I am so thankful for him. My mom passed away a few years ago, but my dad insisted on keeping him. He felt so comfortable talking with him. The best part is my dad actually understands his plan. I have actually referred my in-laws and they think he is great too!
