This company has the worst customer service EVER. They really need to re-evaluate the customer service model. I would not recommend them to anyone. You call and they just start talking trying to make a sale and don't allow you to get a word in. I'm a provider and was trying to reach someone for questions and they could not even point me in the right direction but just hung up on me once they realized they couldn't make a sell off of me.

I submitted my Medicare enrollment application in August of 2024 and still without my PTAN. The palmetto website has not been updated since December 2024, I get no answers other then “give another 7-10 days of processing”, and yesterday I was hung up on when you try and get a number to file a complaint. CMS should pay more attention who they contract with because this place is horrendous. They don’t even deserve the 1 star it made me give. Good luck on getting anything done or anyone being able to help you.

Both females who answered the phone were very incompetent. Read back my request 4 times like she was trying to remind herself of what she was asked to do. I just wanted to know if PC-ACE is compatible with Windows 11 (As Windows 10 is nearing its end of life, you would think they would update their manuals and software and inform their staff.) I guess doing the bare minimum is asking a bit much.

Every provider enrollment analyst I’ve dealt with here sounds like they are miserable and hate their jobs. They are all so rude. What happened to customer service?? Even the inspectors are as equally dull and rude. You can milk them with kindness and it won’t make a difference. If you all hate your job, work somewhere else. It’s very unpleasant dealing with rude staff. If you need help, good luck. They are so unhelpful!

It has been over a year since I have filed my claim with this office. When I called today, I was immediately transferred to Medicare who said they did not have complete info on my claim from November, 2013, nor does Medicare keep track of how good a job this contractor is doing. So I will try sending it all in once again to see if I may hear from them in a more timely manner.
