Customer service is a complete joke here. Front desk girl must've forgot she was at work by not even greeting you at the initial phone call, just picked up and said, "What do you want?" Take your business elsewhere, you're better off.
I am very happy the way Mrs Pacheco takes care of my taxes, is very efficient and professional, and her a group of people are nice too. Wendy does an excellent job!!!
Bad Customer service. They never call you back and make you wait 24 plus hrs to even give you a quote. I called back today and they told me I had to wait until Noon time to get a quote when I placed the initial call yesterday. Horrible service. It's worth paying a lil more and receiving the customer service you deserve. Liberty mutual took my quote and gave me a good rate.
