If I could give zero stars I would. They do a terrible job of taking accountability and providing information when requested. I recommend you never do business with Fidencio. Extremely disrespectful. And they never contact you regarding payment issues and wait till you call to tell you a bunch of changes. They even canceled our policy without even telling us. The worst place I’ve ever been.

This agency has handled almost all my businesses and personal insurance needs for many years. Extremely satisfied. They will go the extra mile to find you a better coverage or a cheaper premium. Mr. Gonzales is always the first to welcome you..... He never rushes you "out of the door"!. His staff is top.
