Left me on hold for 30 mins just to say they have to call me back. Basura

Very rude!! The owner put me on hold to answer his wife call. I heard the hold conversation which wasn't important. He then got on the phone and told me I wasn't important. He said it could have been an emergency but I listen to the whole conversation because with his unprofessional conduct he didn't put the call on hold. I wouldn't recommend this business to the worst person on earth. When your spending your money which keeps his business afloat you should at least get good costumer service at the very least

Great place to get insurance. They don't immediately answer the phone much they be busy but make sure you leave a message with your name and number and they will call you back. Only do this if you cannot physically go there and your too busy. You can pay your policy over the phone if you got your insurance there.
