Otto Derr Insurance

Only place that would insure me 25 yrs ago. No matter who I go to for lowering prices and comparing, Otto Derr is always the best. Still there after 25yrs.

I been getting ins from Otto derr for a lot of years. They are very friendly and down to earth people. They have always treated me fair, (on top of tolerating me more than they should have to). They take the time to find me the best deal possible. I would, and I have recommended them to my people.

Working with Jolene was a joy. She made the transition to a new auto insurance company quick, easy, and saved me money in the process. I would recommend the Otto Derr team to anyone.

The one thing I hate about the current times which we live in, is that most companies want to provide very little customer service. This is not the case with the Burts and staff. They help me out all the time. That's one thing I can count on, they always take great care of me. I don't know why anyone would just buy their insurance online when you have Otto Derr insurance to help you. It doesn't cost me anymore to use them. If you hate good customer service then I would go ahead and just purchase online.

Otto E. Derr Insurance is so friendly and helpful. I know when I walk in there I am getting the best service and least expensive insurance with the most coverage because that is what I asked for. Jolene Merritt is our agent and she is an absolute delight!
