I have been working with Pathology Laboratory Associates in Tulsa in an attempt to clear bill that was charged last October! They did not send the proper info to OSMA for the Co-pay! I was fortunate to work with Frank Granados today & he understood the issue & he got their billing person to clear this matter up! He went to the level of having a 3 way conversation with Myself, The Pathology Person & Frank! He was patient w/ all parties & thanks to his efforts the bill was taken care of!
