Do not give this company your data. Company was BREACHED on 7/5/22 and didn't notify their clients until 30 days later. In reported data breached, I am told that my name, mortgage property address, mortgage details, phone number, property information, home insurance policy number and information, as well as the FIRST 8 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER were leaked. Seriously, who only redacts the last number of their SSNs. Good thing the last 4 of my social is exposed just about everywhere else as part of industry standard PII data storage. BOO ON THIS COMPANY.
Company did not pass my proof of insurance to Synovus and my insurance policy was never paid out of our mortgage and cancelled.

They keep harassing me for "proof of insurance", which my ins. agent AND I both have already sent multiple times.
Poor experience with this company. Would not recommend to other clients.
