Oregon Mutual Insurance

I called in today and left a very angry complaint. My car was totaled in the mechanic shop. Oregon mutual is not my insurance. It was my mechanics. Myself and my husband were told two different things that we should receive reimbursement check to pay out the totaled car within 24 to 48 hours and it would be FedExed. After 48 hours, I called my bank. They had not received it yet. So I called Oregon mutual and I was told that they typically USPS post this to a customer and it could take 10 or more days. They couldn’t tell me how long. I explained to this adjuster that I have a disability and then I’m a mother to a two-year-old and this service was making my life even harder and felt discriminatory. It was at that point that the mechanic shop even called on my behalf to Oregon mutual offering

Oregon Mutual will forever stick in my mind. We lost everything in a wildfire incident that swept through town. A day after the fire the adjuster came to meet with us swearing that he worked for us as much as the insurance company. This could not have been further from the truth. After three years of going back and forth with this company and hiring public adjusters to prove our case we finally settled for less than what we were owed. If you choose to insure with this company hopefully you never have to claim anything...

I had an older truck stolen. Oregon mutual stepped up to the plate and paid me $500.00 more than I thought it worth. The check came almost immediately. Buying Oregon mutual insurance is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Great job by all concerned.

I've had Mutual of Oregon for about a year now. I recently had a small fire in my garage as was very impressed. I reached out the same day and Mark Metune in the claims department was very helpful. I was contacted less than an hour later by Ryan Blanchard who I believe was the adjuster. The damage ended up not being extensive enough to make sense to move forward with a claim, but I was very impressed by how quickly the company was looking to help.

Chris Gale changed my opinion of property adjusters. He was friendly and responsive. He followed through with every word he said and helped us wrap up claims that had previously stalled out.
