Larissa is the ONLY choice for an insurance agent! She not only has experience in working claims and many years as an agent, she has a vested, personal interest in every customer, client and even potential clients. You will never get the feeling from Larissa that she will 'only help after you pay her'. On top of that, she opens herself up to being a resource for people, offering suggestions that may not benefit her directly, but will help the client the most. Even IF (which isn't usual) her rates were a little higher than the other guys, its justifiable. You're buying a BMW with Larissa, the other guys/gals are giving you a KIA.
