Wow I tried to call in this morning at 9:07 and was hung up on 2x. Horrible customer service. Apparently if your not of Spanish origin they treat you like dirt I recommend going through someone else Thank God for Gainsco when I told them what happened they gave me the name of an amazing Broker in West Jordan
Glad I did use them. There's a difference from buying from the insurance on the phone than from a agent. They wouldn't help me. Or allowed to check my account even know it's the same company. It's annoying I get it and understand the difference but dissapointed
Horrible costumer service, they are always in a bad mood and don’t want to help. Prices are extremely high, I did a cotización and it came up to $470, I went to another insurance and they gave me a cotización of $250. They have a huge price difference.
