Wow. Was hung up on twice & spoken over. Was looking for help with general questions, here’s his quote: “we can only help if you’re enrolling for a policy today. Any general questions you have you’re gonna have to look them up on google.” Click! I can’t remember the last time I was talked to like that 😂 first hang up wasn’t much better, I only called back because I thought we were disconnected, but after second call I knew better. Sheesh!
