We have had Allstate coverage on our home and auto for over twenty five years. Five years ago our roof had hail damage to the point that we had leaks. The first Allstate adjuster denied the first and only claim on our house and said there was no hail in our area. My husband had to be insistent with our agent before they repaired our roof damage (several other homes also had hail damage in our area).
