I have been with Omni Financial Risk Management for a few years with all my home, rental, and business needs. All the staff are professional, courteous, prompt, and most of all, knowledgeable in the field. I had the pleasure to work with Ken one on one and he’s my “go to” for all my needs. They truly have exceeded my expectations and I am extremely pleased thus far. They called me to let me know my car and home insurance premiums would increase. Instead of increasing the price with the current company they had found a alternate company that offered the same coverage similar to the rate I was paying before At one point we had water damage from rain and when I contacted Omni. They quickly went to work to call the insurance company responsible for our home coverage and kept me updated throughout the whole claim. This level of service only proves they are out to provide the best service possible.
