I was contacted by this Mayberry Advisers but the caller ID showed up as "Medicare Plan" so i responded and called them back. What a mistake that was. Upon calling the number back they connected me to someone who was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. During our conversation, when he was still being business like, he tried to send me 3 separate text messages with his name and contact info but their system was down and i did not receive the messages. Towards the end of our conversation he told me he was switching my Medicare plan, I told him no he wasn't I wanted to find out more information. He then started arguing with me about already being provided all the information i needed. I hung up and he then proceeded to call my number continually for the next hour from a N

I've been getting the same phone calls that everyone's been getting here lately. The dreaded health insurance calls. Seems like that's the only people we've been able to talk to due to the ridiculously never ending calls per day. Well, I was never more surprisingly happy to have actually taken the call yesterday morning because I had full intentions on giving them the same hang up as all the others before them but I recently moved and I had just paid an outrageous copay for some of my medication recently so I decided to humor them. Well, I was the one tickled when I ended up with this spunky 73 year old English woman (I absolutely adore the accent). It was like talking to my overly talkative bestie.
