Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance - Corporate Office

I drank the kool-aid and changed all my insurance to Oklahoma Farm Bureau-BIG MISTAKE! Car insurance is double what I was paying, but overall with real estate, a bit less. The promised EXCELLANT customer service is non-existent! No way to contact anyone at corporate offices - I’ve been trying to get cancellations dates corrected so I can get correct refunds for three months! Too many other insurance companies out there- go somewhere else!

This company will offer you a low home owners insurance rate to get you to switch policies; THEN weeks later, after you have already switched, they will claim you need to make improvements to your home to continue coverage. It is a bait and switch type company, with very poor internal communication. I would run the other way if you are considering this company, absolute scam.

Very disappointed by the communication and attitude of the assigned claim agent. It has dragged on for ages due to a series of problems out of our control. Our life was interrupted during a very busy and stressful time by this incident. Trying to wrap up an open claim and it has been 3 weeks since hearing back despite calling and leaving messages for several weeks in a row. This is especially frustrating given the agent is fully aware of how important resolution of our 'Not at Fault Collision' is for the financial health of my family. Then she has tried to be slick and change the settlement based on sudden "terms" that were never discussed previously. This dragging on when we have attempted to resolve, and having been given lots of attitude when we did communicate, has been something I hop

Agents aren't very knowledgeable or at worst negligent and dishonest. They write policies without checking for correct information. When policies get kicked back by underwriting they claim ignorance. Bad customer service, bad communication. Made me and my families life harder. Look somewhere else

First year they had great rates, second year they raised the rates 200.00 and started charging for a annual inspection they never perform, they claim the state of Oklahoma allows them to do this and the agent told me they are going to do it. This year they raised my rates by 300.00 and are still charging for a service they don't perform. I've since switched to Farmers Insurance.
