I filled out a homeowners insurance quote request and did not receive any follow-up. I understand delays can happen, but responsiveness is important when considering an agency. It was disappointing, especially for a local business.
Called to ask for a quote. Gave them all of my personal information and said they'd get back with me by end of the week. It's now Tuesday evening of the following week, and I've yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointed! (Seemed like nice people, too!) Guess they don't need my business???
They have the best service and rates.25 yrs.
