Since happening upon Randy's business, many years ago now, we have been exceedingly pleased with his efforts on our behalf. His is a one-stop shopping experience. Randy replaced our odious task of comparing prices from multiple insurance companies every year. If we found that our costs had risen markedly, one brief call to Randy would send him searching for the best price, and he has always come through. My wife and I, both retired and aging, along with our cars, would be helped by Randy's suggestions to reduce our costs. "Time to remove the collision line item," is one such example. Honest, and always upbeat, Randy has a soft-sell approach with an appealing demeanor, and he laughs at my poor attempts at humor, which is an added plus.
