Valerie was extremely helpful!! My car insurance went up this year and looking for a better rate. I learned so much from her about car insurance and what I needed for her to pull up information. She didn’t rush me off the phone when I didn’t have all information. She tried her best to make me feel as if she cared, with three drivers and three different cars it was a guestimate. Valerie did everything she could do with information I gave her. Thank you Valerie for spending alot of time with me.
