Absolutely horrible service. My brand new car was totaled on 10/6/24. It is now 01/13/2025. This company has done Absolutely nothing for me. They have requested anything and everything from me. I have made phone calls on my lunch break to get them everything they asked for, just for them to tell me they are not paying anything. My insurance company paid over $48,000 - asking nothing of me. Gap that I paid for, won't even pay $5000!!! They canceled my Gap and had me cancel my warranty so they wouldn't have to pay anything. This is not the service that I expected when I was asked if I wanted Gap. I am left holding the bag. Go somewhere else for your Gap or you will be left high and dry when you need it!

KSA Insurance is the best company in Chicago. They always response immediately and take care of the Customers nicely. They answer all the Questions very politely and see that Customers are satisfied.
