Been with this company for just over 6 months. Rates actually went down a few dollars from last renewal. Alison has always been professional and helpful in answering all my questions. I would recommend for anyone need auto insurance to give them a try.
Michaela was great. She helped us with insurance questions. I would give them 5 stars but my husband didn't like that our insurance went up this year.
I had a horrible experience this year. Miscommunications and delays. I don't think I'll be staying here.
