I was going to come in here and rave about Faye, and then I realized all the other reviews are about her. So I will confirm that she is truly amazing and a gift sent from above. She truly made me day!

I have been working with Northern for over 20 years.. They are the best in town. I finally got my best friend to switch a few months ago and Faye saved her hundreds of dollars per year on her insurance.. Faye is phenomenal. A multi tasking machine. She can find you the best rates and knows the ins and ours of Insurance here in Reno like no other. I can't say enough good things about her and the owner Bruce. Although you barely ever see him because Faye does it all around there. Such a refreshing change from the high rates and impersonal service online.

Faye is the best. Shes helped me so much. Highly recommended! Especially if you accidentally let your insurance lapse.
