Came on board after abuse by safeco and a local agency that made doing business with them impossible. This team rescued me from the corporate algorithm zombies by understanding my specific issues and needs, providing specific solutions i am comfortable with. In the end better product for less with actual customer care.

Kelby and his staff are excellent. I have had negative experiences in the past with other agencies, so I was honestly kind of rude when I first met him. Despite my poor attitude, he delivered fast, friendly, and excellent service. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is available with any question I have, even if it’s about other policies I have through other companies. I honestly don’t know what I would do without him, I feel very supported and at ease knowing my family and I are covered by policies Kelby helped us acquire.
