I used to really enjoy things here when it was Kato Insurance, but after changing and losing my main contact, nothing goes quickly. Recently rates went up 19% with no changes to my policy, and I got no answers for over a month as to why, or how we could work together to change that. Very frustrating and makes it feel like they do not really care for the people who are affected by their work.
After switching to North Risk Partners, my family was able to save over $600 on our car insurance and we had such a pleasant experience while shopping around. The knowledge, kindness and persistence can't be beat and it was refreshing to have an agent willing to work with our needs. Deb and Emilee are top notch, and their service team is always willing to help.
I have my personal lines with North Risk and love them! Great company!
Worst insurance company in Minnesota. Did not do anything for me. I had to gather all of my documents on my own and send it to them. Going on six months now and my case is still open. If you care about your employees DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
