John Z has been great to work with and is always quick and responsive when I need to make changes.

Been trying to get a hold of some John guy that works in this Mankato office for Four weeks now and cant get a hold of this guy, either hes a racist and doesnt want to take my call or hes a real busy guy cause ive even left voice measages in his voicemails twice and no response

Nearly 4 years ago I set up an auto policy with Alliance because my lifestyle as a traveler and outdoors man wasn't in compliance with the needs of my previous agency. Alliance agreed that as long as I set up auto-payment, I should not need to rely on mail, phone or email to receive proper services. When a mistake was made where an estranged family member was randomly added to my policy, I tried to resolve it. The supervisor was quick to step in and rudely lecture me on the many mistakes I made. She also mentioned the inconvenience that the procedures will go through in order to repair what I did. When I mentioned my situation she literally laughed at me and rolled her eyes. When I asked to see her supervisor, she claimed that she was her own supervisor. I contacted the company from home
