The help we have received from Kenny has been more than what we asked for and expected. He’s very knowledgeable and transparent. They have saved us time and money. I went in there with my Dad that needed to get assistance, we were greeted with a nice smile and a professional welcoming by Erica, she made sure that we knew what was happening nothing was missing and kept asking if we were comfortable, honestly I was expecting much to begin with, but after that appointment last week I will say that I will bring everybody I know to her just because of her, Erica keep up the great work, and thank you for making me believe in customer service again.
