Enrique Garcia - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mr. Garcia, although I have not had you as an agent I would simply suggest that you have your staff inform any potential customer wishing to transfer their services to your office ( as I was) that your policy does not allow customers to transfer their policies from another agent. My current agent told me that this was the case after someone in your office called him; something that could have been conveyed to me when I spoke to "Mary." This would save time for all of us, especially since your staff member said I would get a call back after she had time to review my policy.

Great service and very attentive. This is more than walking into an insurance company - they give you personal attention and care. The owner Enrique actually cares about people and always suggests the policy that’s right for you, without the feeling that you’re being oversold.

Enrique and Maria Elena are very experienced (30+ years) and if you ask for more details on what something means, they will take the time to explain it in plain english or spanish. They're never trying to get you the higher price, only what is right for you and your family. Good to have especially when something goes wrong.

Horrible customer service do not ever come here! Never in my life have I met such condescending rude people. They keep their doors locked during business hours. Say that that don't take people asking for just a quote without an appointment and when I spoke to the rudest woman ever she didn't even bother asking info on what the prices would be. She just crossed her fingers threw out a random money amount and stated that there wasn't much else she would do for me... When you guys read this do yourselves a favor and keep your doors locked because obviously you're just there to collect a check for doing nothing to help potential customers.

I've been insured with State Farm for over 15 years and the reason I'm still with them is because of Enrique and his team. They show genuine care and are always only a phone call away whenever the unexpected happens.
