I called for a quote and spoke with Amy. She was very informative, and ended up saving me some good money. She asked me more questions than any insurance agent has before and made me feel like she knew what she was doing. Allstate had higher prices than my policy for car insurance, but when I also bought a home insurance the price was better. The home policy was less money and had more coverage than I have now. Good job Allstate and thank you Amy!

Rude on the phone when I asked for a quote. Gave me a quote of $160. I’m like “no, that’s too high.” She goes “Go back to State Farm then!” I called Progressive, gave me a quote for $91 with BETTER deductibles even. Bye, All State and after many years Bye State Farm. Remember this: there is always someone better.

Nicolas and his team were prompt with quotes and modifications during new purchases and sales. We have home and auto insurance with them. They have been very courteous and easy to communicate with.

Nicolas Petrakis and everyone at the office have always been very professional. They have always ensured that all of our questions are answered and provide guidance when needed. We have enjoyed working with them for many years and recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Ridiculous billing procedures, no one never answers the phone, and can't walk in and speak to ,a human being because the office door is always locked for some reason. I've been a customer for almost 40 years and this is absoutlutley crazy.
