I cannot say enough good things about my experience with State Farm, especially the amazing Jovi! She handles both my home and auto insurance, and not only do I get a great monthly rate, but I also get top-tier service every single time. Jovi is an absolute godsend. Whether I’m confused about coverage or in a stressful situation, she always picks up the phone, walks me through everything, and gets things DONE. When I was traveling for work and my car window got busted out, she took care of it all—made every important call and had it fixed in just a few days. Then just last month I had an accident, and once again, Jovi took the wheel (pun intended 😂) and handled everything from start to finish. It's so rare these days to find someone you can trust who truly cares and goes above and beyond
