Nicholas Camarano: Allstate Insurance

Horrible agency. In 3 years I have yet to have someone answer the phone or call me back after I leave messages. I had to use another agency that is not even my agent to get help for any of my insurance needs. Don’t waste your time with this agency.

Although Nicholas Camarano did take the time to call and explain things when i was confused i canceled because there rates were extermely high and just kept going up. I found other insurance cheaper. I received a call after only canceling about a month or so ago and the collector said i owed a little of a 100 dollars and it will affect my credit ifi dont pay it. I never received a bill with this balance before and who sends someone to collectors less then a month later. If they send the bill i will pay it so they will send it to me. Not even a call to say i oweed anything why send someone to collections so quickly without makingany attempts to communicate with me.

Just had to cancel my insurance with allstate. My insurance went up without explanation (although magically a few additional benefits were added without my authorization). Can never reach him but to be fair , he did call me back same day today but i’m just so disappointed in service I’m not even entertaining a convo. Just broke the trust that I had in allstate. Switched to geico today with cheaper deductibles and additional benefits for significantly less of a premium. Got my insurance through south shore kia so if anyone is getting a car from there through one of his associates just pay attention to the bill

Horrible their representative SUCKS!! Everytime something is wrong, they never answer it goes right to voicemail. I have to call customer service and they have to solve my problem. Then when I left the company in April, the representative put in that I left in May. Therefore, I paid for two car insurances now I’ve been trying to get in contact with him and I can’t get in contact

Absolutely horrible service, I bought a car from Nissan 112 a month ago and switched all my cars to Allstate. That was a mistake, Nick put the wrong vin number into my new insurance account which then didn’t link up with the dmv which caused my collision and coverage to drop for a whole month! Not one person called me, a letter was sent a month later smh. I came to the office multiple times because they never answer their phones. He was suppose yo fix the mix up for me but 3 days later I still have no coverage. Now my loan company and dmv are charging me for having a lapse in insurance. I WILL BE CANCELLING ALLSTATE. Be careful when you buy a car at Nissan they just want to give each other money and not care about their customers!!!!
