What a sh**show of a company. They were great for the sales pitch and getting us to leave our current broker, but customer service is AWFUL!!! They never communicate between each other so our needs are never met. Frequently they push expensive extras onto you and use scare tactics to get you to cough up more money. Their staff seems very unprofessional and completely uncoordinated. My biggest regret in my career has been switching our insurance broker to Meltzer. I'll take our difficult-to-reach-on-the-phone broker back ANY DAY.

Alan is a great guy that goes above and beyond for his clients. He doesn't just sell insurance but takes an interest in your life and your business. He's always asked me how he can help me out. I've actually made money on paying him for my insurance!
