I have been a client of Next Level Insurance for three years, working directly with Kerry Nelson. I informed him that my household income had changed and trusted that my insurance plan would be adjusted accordingly. Unfortunately, he failed to make the necessary updates, which resulted in me being charged double for my coverage. When I called to explain the situation and let him know that I am a single mother experiencing financial hardship, his response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or taking accountability, he told me to call the 1-800 number and then blocked my phone number, effectively cutting off communication. Kerry was professional, and very responsive. His straightforward and thorough explanation of the policy and benefits made it easy to be sure of the coverage I was getting. Having been covered under a group plan I never had to care too much about medical coverage / benefits, I knew it was solid. Now self employed I had to make sure what I was getting & Kerry made that easy.
